The Higher Hotel Institute of Cyprus (HHIC) is a historic, state institute of tertiary education offering professional specialisation in the hospitality, catering and broader tourist industry sector. The library of HHIC has free admission for all users. It houses over ten thousand books and journals. The design and development of the system was based on the requirements as addressed to ZEBRA by HHIC and follows the international library standards. The analysts and programmers of ZEBRA team have worked with passion in order to provide the end user with the best possible outcome.  User experience was ranked very high in the agenda and the final result met and even exceeded customer expectations.
